RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責
1,Enhance leadership in shopfloor continually, training press shop technicians.
1,持續(xù)提高車間領導力，培養(yǎng)車間自己的點焊和熱成型技術人才。
2,Involve process and die audit review for new programs with ENG team, following new program try out from press shop side with ENG team and responsible the final buy off for spot equipment & HF dies.
2,參與工程方面的新項目工藝及模具開發(fā)工作，作為沖壓車間代表跟蹤新項目調試并對點焊設備和熱成型模具終驗收負責。
3,Responsible for all downtime and scraps caused by production process and die issues.
3,對由于量產模具和工藝問題帶來的停機和報廢負責。
4,Edit and Supervise process documents (PFMEA, Flowcharts, Error-proofing plan, WI, Training documents) is implemented in production.
4,督導過程文件（潛在失效模式分析、流程圖、防錯計劃、作業(yè)指導書、培訓文件）編制和在生產上被執(zhí)行 。
5,Support production manager to reduce production cost (Increase utilization rate, reduce consumable cost and increase productivity).
5,協(xié)助生產經理降低成本（提高設備利用率、降低消耗品成 本及提高生產力）。
6,Continually improve teamwork in shop floor.
6,持續(xù)改進車間團隊工作（技能/培訓、激勵、精神士氣、溝通）。
7,Maintain positive communication between departments.
7,各部門間保持積極的溝通。
QUALIFICATIONS 任職要求
1,Minimum 2 years work-related experience in an automotive environment.
1,至少2年的相關工作經驗在汽車領域。
2, Bachelor degree in Tooling or Mechanical related major.
2,本科以上學歷，模具或機械等工科專業(yè)。
3,Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
3,極好的組織能力，領導能力及解決問題能力。
4,Strong Execution.
4,較強的執(zhí)行力。
5,Good English skills written and verbal.
5,良好的英語書面和口頭能力。
6,Press experience is preferred.
6,具備沖壓經驗者優(yōu)先。
