1. Follows with APQP process, establishes proper planning, measures and control for identified activities list.
2. Plans and formulates facility program and organizes project team according to project requirements.
3. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project by evaluation preliminary project requirements.
4. Work together with relevant department.
5. Developing and coordinating the activities of our clients, consulting with cooperate functional and cooperating with contractors and other professionals.
6. Oversees all activities related to design, quality, industrialization and logistic and so on, all red issue is to be captured and tracked to ensure that the whole project timing should be under control.
7. Evaluates and approves all design changes, specification and drawing releases while controlling expenditures within limitations of project budget.
8. New ideas and the la**** qualitative and quantitative problem-solving techniques shall be combined with sound judgment and specific experience to provide a proven approach to solving difficult internal customer problems.
9. Lead new products in and quote them, lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product on time, and ensure that these teams can achieve all of customer and company requirements for new programs including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and so on.
10. Lead the tooling and process development such as die building, die-casting mould building or outsourcing, fixtures building or outsourcing etc.
11. Ensure the APQP process is established, and monitor each phase of it.
12. Control project cost to accord with budget.
13. Draft project schedule and be responsible for tracking it.
14. Draft action plan and track it.
15. Responsible for communication with our customer during project development (including internal customer and external customer).
16. Help quality department to finish PPAP reports and submit them to customers.
17. Internal and external commination for demand, solution, timing or technical including getting support from cooperate;
18. Other works by direct superior.
