New component validation, incoming inspection control plan and WI approval. PPAP approval. 5. Existing supplier audit and performance review, handling complaint of supplier quality issues.6. Work with supplier to achieve continual improve in quality.7. Interface with functional managers to establish daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals and milestones8. Responsible for the supplier quality performance, and excellent communication skills with internal departments and external parties.9. Cooperate with purchasing in supplier development and selection.10.
