瑞士DGS集團公司成立于1925年,主要為著名汽車制造商如德國大眾汽車公司、戴姆勒克萊斯勒汽車公司生產(chǎn)汽車鋁合金、鎂合金壓鑄件（其中40%以上用于寶馬、奔馳品牌轎車）。DGS在全球有三家分廠，分別在瑞士、捷克、中國廣州，中國廣州南沙工廠成立于2007年，2013年公司增資擴產(chǎn)，在廣州南沙珠江工業(yè)區(qū)成立新工廠（廣州德志金屬制品有限公司），計劃近兩年在中國廣州南沙投資規(guī)模將達到3500萬美金。廣州德志金屬制品有限公司是國內(nèi)目前首家生產(chǎn)汽車結(jié)構(gòu)件的制造商。公司擁有優(yōu)秀的管理和技術(shù)專家隊伍，在汽車壓鑄件方面的技術(shù)處于業(yè)界領(lǐng)先水平。公司以客戶為中心，以專業(yè)精神創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品，不斷改善產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量，以滿足客戶的需求。

DGS Group has three factoris in the world, headquarters locates in Swizland,with foctory in Czerch and China,Nansha’s factory was founded in 2007 in Guangzhou city China. New factory that locates in the pearl-river industrial park，it was built in 2013 with capital expansion,wholly investment will reach to $3500M in 2016.
DGS in China is the first domestic production of automotive compoments manufactures up to date.
